IDAHO STATE INSURANCE FUND - Workers compensation is a no-fault insurance that provides medical treatment and partial loss of wage compensation for covered workers whose injury or illness arose out of and in the course of employment. In return for providing established benefits, workers compensation laws protect employers from liability lawsuits.
Not all injuries at work are covered
